Quotes are free and based on the information provided. If the job differs significantly on arrival, we'll discuss any change before starting.
Access
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including gates, pets secured and power/water where needed.
Plans
Regular service plans have no lock-in and can be changed or cancelled by contacting us before your next scheduled visit.
Weather
We may reschedule work due to rain, wind, heat or other unsafe conditions. We'll contact you to rebook.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
